Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email sent to the email address entered at checkout.
Please make sure the email associated with your account is correct. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check your junk or spam folder first.
If you still cannot find it, contact customerservice@wtt.com and include the full name associated with your order.
Order modifications and cancellations are not guaranteed, as orders may already be processed or shipped.
Requests can only be made during warehouse hours, Monday through Friday from 9AM–1PM PST. If you need to update your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact customerservice@wtt.com within 10 minutes of placing your order.
Shipping
Please first confirm that the shipping address on your order confirmation is correct.
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please allow a little extra time and check around your property, including mailboxes, front and back doors, garages, and with neighbors.
If your package is still missing after a few days, please contact UPS directly.
Once your package leaves our warehouse, responsibility for delivery transfers to the shipping carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit, please contact UPS directly for assistance.
Yes. We offer UPS Standard Overnight shipping and 2nd Day Air for domestic U.S. orders.
Orders must be placed before 1:30PM PST, Monday through Friday, to ship the same business day.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
If you have not received tracking details, please check your junk or spam folder.
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 5–7 business days once your package leaves our warehouse.
We also offer UPS Standard Overnight shipping for domestic U.S. orders. Orders placed before 1:30PM PST, Monday through Friday, will ship the same business day. Orders placed after the cutoff will ship the next business day.
International orders may take approximately 2–3 weeks depending on your location. Orders shipped to major metropolitan areas may arrive sooner.
International Shipping
Unfortunately, we are not currently able to accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email customerservice@wtt.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Orders usually leave our warehouse within 24 hours. Orders placed Friday through Sunday may take up to 72 hours to process.
International delivery times typically range from 2–3 weeks depending on your location. Orders shipped to major metropolitan areas may arrive sooner.
Before placing your order, please confirm that your name and shipping address, including apartment or unit number, are correct to avoid delays.
International orders are shipped on a Delivered Duties Paid (DDP) basis. Duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping destination, so there should be no additional charges due upon delivery.
We currently ship to many countries and continue to expand availability. Shipping options and rates will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Returns & Exchanges
All hats are final sale due to health standards.
Please contact customerservice@wtt.com as soon as possible and include your order number along with a photo of the issue so we can assist you.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for refunds to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.

We currently offer exchanges for domestic orders only.
A $10 shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund total for returned merchandise.
Yes. If you ordered the wrong size, you may exchange it for another in-stock size within 14 days of delivery.
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise only.
All hats are final sale due to health standards.
